Refunds
Fourteen days, no questions
If Bloomtwin Full is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it on our website and you get every penny back. You do not need to give a reason. This is on top of your rights under UK law, not instead of them.
How to ask
On our website, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders there, so refunds go through them. Any of these works:
- reply to the receipt Paddle emailed you
- go to paddle.net and look up your order
- email hello@bloomtwin.com and we will ask Paddle for you
Bought in the iPhone or iPad app
Apple sold it through the App Store, so Apple handles the refund, under its own policy. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com, or from your purchase history in the App Store.
What happens next
Paddle or Apple sends the money back to the card or account you paid with. It usually shows within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
Your account goes back to Free. Nothing you made is deleted: your gardens, plants, notes and photos stay, and everything past what Free includes waits, read-only, in case you come back.
After fourteen days
If something you paid for does not work as we said it would, tell us. We will fix it, or refund you if we cannot, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you the right to.
The free trial
The 14 days of Full that come with your first garden cost nothing and never turn into a payment by themselves. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
